McIntire Kingstone offers a full range of accounting and financial services, including monthly financial statements detailing rent collection, expenses, and net disbursements; annual year-end reports to support tax filings; vendor 1099 issuance and accounting wrap-up; and sales reports and custom reports upon request.
Maintenance & Repairs
McIntire Kingstone runs preventative maintenance programs, coordinates repairs through a vetted vendor network, and provides 24/7 emergency response. This includes work order management, vendor procurement and contract negotiation, safety and risk inspections, and tracking of pending repairs through to completion.

This includes recommendations for upgrades, insights on capital improvements with high ROI, tenant feedback on unit condition, and competitive analysis.
Administration & Account Management
McIntire Kingstone maintains an individual trust account for every property, with monthly owner statements, bank reconciliations, security deposit accounting and confidential record keeping. Lease agreements, addendums and renewals are prepared, executed and tracked, with digital signatures and critical dates managed throughout the term.
